Vertical Lift Module

The MegaLift Vertical Lift Module (VLM) is an enclosed system of vertically arranged trays, an ergonomically designed extraction platform, and computerized controls. Items are automatically brought to the operator, eliminating wasted walk and search time. The MegaLift VLM can store up to 550 to 2,000 lb. per tray with a total maximum payload of 88,000 lb.

With FlexiSpace technology, the MegaLift VLM allows random storage of products for optimum flexibility and maximum storage density by scanning the height requirement of each tray. Utilizing Near and Far technology, the MegaLift VLM's tray data base automatically tracks tray usage and locates the faster moving SKUs closer to the access opening, and slower moving parts further away.

New controllers feature large, easy-to-use keys and backlift LCD displays for fast, simple operation and easy inventory control management.

Its small footprint makes the MegaLift VLM the perfect choice for point-of-use storage, freeing up floor space for value-added manufacturing and assembly operations. The MegaLift VLM can be used in conjunction with a variety of other systems, including conveyers, robotic work stations, and AGVs for a fully automated logistics operation.
